Refund and Cancellation Policy

At BTP Jungle Safari (a unit of Bharat Travel Point Pvt. Ltd.), we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for your wildlife adventures. Since safari bookings involve government-regulated forest departments, our cancellation policy is governed by their specific rules alongside our service terms.

1. Safari Booking Cancellations

National Park permits (Tadoba, Pench, Kanha, Bandhavgarh, etc.) are issued by the respective State Forest Departments.

  • Permit Fees: Once a safari permit is booked, the permit fee is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable as per government regulations.

  • Name Changes: No modifications, including name changes or date shifts, are permitted once the booking is confirmed by the forest department.

2. Tour Package & Hotel Cancellations

For cancellations related to accommodation, transport, and guided services provided by Bharat Travel Point Pvt. Ltd., the following charges apply:

  • 30 days or more before arrival: 25% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total package cost (No Refund).

3. Refunds for Weather or Park Closures

  • If a safari is canceled by the Forest Department due to sudden park closures, natural calamities, or VIP movement, we will facilitate a refund of the permit fee as per the government’s refund timeline.

  • Our service management fee is non-refundable in such instances.

4. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@btpjunglesafari.com

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Account).
